基于校企合作的双主体育人机制构建探析

Analysis of the Construction of Dual-Subject Education Mechanism Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation

基于校企合作的双主体育人机制直接突破了高等教育与企业人才培养的既有模式,企业与院校处于同等地位,共同开展育人工作,协作实现专业教育与就业培训。此双主体性对学生思想政治教育形成了全方位影响,着力强化积极性影响,消除不利影响,充分发挥企业与院校的思想政治教育优势作用,全方位优化创新思想政治课程教学模式,设置科学可行的企业准入制度,才可于新形势下进一步实现校企育人目标。在此基础上,论文对基于校企合作的双主体育人机制进行了详细分析。

Based on the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,the dual-subject education mechanism directly breaks through the existing mode of higher education and enterprise personnel training.Enterprises and colleges are in the same position,jointly carry out education work,and cooperate to achieve professional education and employment training.This dual subjectivity has formed an all-round influence on the ideological and political education of students.Only by strengthening the positive influence,eliminating the adverse effects,giving full play to the advantages of the ideological and political education of enterprises and colleges,optimizing and innovating the teaching mode of ideological and political courses in an all-round way,and setting up a scientific and feasible enterprise access system,can we further realize the goal of school-enterprise education in the new situation.On this basis,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the dual-subject education mechanism based on school-enterprise cooperation.
