新形势下档案信息化建设探析

通过对档案发展的过程进行调查研究可以清楚地发现,信息化建设已经成为档案管理的新方向。各级各类档案馆室都已经把信息化建设当成了自己的一项重要内容融入日常的工作之中,并成为推动档案工作科学化与规范化发展的重要一环。档案信息化建设是一项涉及多学科、多领域的系统工程,然而直至今日由于人才支撑不足等原因,档案信息化进展仍然相对迟缓。所以,在这种情况下必须强化信息化建设,注重信息安全,完善信息开发机制,提高档案信息化建设的效率。

Through the investigation and research on the development process of archives,it can be clearly found that informatization construction has become a new direction of archives management.All kinds of archives at all levels have taken the informatization construction as an important content of their daily work,and it has become an important part of promoting the scientific and standardized development of archives work.The archives informatization construction is a systematic project involving multi subjects and multi fields.However,due to the lack of talents support and other reasons,the progress of archives informatization is still relatively slow until today.Therefore,in this case,we must strengthen the informatization construction,pay attention to information security,improve the information development mechanism,and improve the efficiency of archives informatization construction.
