治理视角下提升国企思想政治工作质量的路径研究

Research on the Path of Improving the Quality of Ideological and Political Work of State-Owned Enterprises from the Perspective of Governance

思想政治工作是国企经营发展过程中的基础内容。在治理现代化的视域和背景下,国企思政工作的治理效能是推动国企创新发展的顶层设计,合理有效的治理结构是提升国企竞争力的重要手段。论文以治理理论和结构为立论基础,探索治理视角下国企思想政治工作的新路径,以期提升国企应对挑战和风险的能力,为实现国企良序发展提供有效方式。

Ideological and political work is the basic content in the business and development process of state-owned enterprises.Under the perspective and background of governance modernization,the governance effectiveness of state-owned enterprises’ideological and political work is the top-level design to promote the innovation and development of state-owned enterprises.Reasonable and effective governance structure is an important method to improve the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.Taking the governance theory and structure as the basis of this paper’s viewpoint,this paper explores the new path of the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises from the perspective of governance,so as to improve the ability of state-owned enterprises to cope with challenges and risks,and to provide an effective methods to realize the orderly development of state-owned enterprises.
