Exploration on the Training Mode of Accounting Talents Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

深化产教融合是改革我国高职院校教育模式的内在要求。论文主要分析产教融合中各参与方的利益需求,提出能够满足各方的利益的对策和建议,帮助高职院校改革会计人才培养模式,最终实现推动区域经济可持续发展的目标。

Deepening the integration of industry and education is the internal requirement of the reform of education mode in higher vocational colleges in China.This paper mainly analyzes the interest needs of all participants involved in the integration of industry and education,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that can satisfy the interests of all parties,so as to help higher vocational colleges reform the training mode of accounting talents,and finally achieve the goal of promoting the sustainable development of regional economy.
