Analysis of the Problems Faced in Promoting the"Three Importance and One Greatness"Decision-Making System in State-Owned Enterprises and the Countermeasures

"三重一大"决策制度在国有企业内部的有效实施,是进一步规范国有企业经营管理的需要,是促进国有企业领导人员廉洁从业、规范决策行为、提高决策水平的必然要求,是防范决策风险、促进国有企业科学发展的根本保障。论文通过分析"三重一大"决策制度在国有企业推行的重大意义,对"三重一大"决策制度在国有企业内部推行的现状进行分析,提出相应的解决措施和手段,为推进"三重一大"决策制度在国有企业的落地提供参考依据。

The effective implementation of"three importance and one greatness"decision-making system in state-owned enterprises is the need of further standardizing the operation and management of state-owned enterprises,the inevitable requirement to promote the leaders of state-owned enterprises to engage in honest work,standardize their decision-making behavior and improve their decision-making level and the fundamental guarantee to prevent decision-making risks and promote the scientific development of state-owned enterprises.Through the analysis of the great significance of the implementation of"three importance and one greatness"decision-making system in state-owned enterprises,this paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of"three importance and one greatness"decision-making system within the state-owned enterprises,and puts forward the corresponding solutions and means,so as to provide a reference for the implementation of"three importance and one greatness"decision-making system in the state-owned enterprises.
