建筑智能化工程管理问题及技术应用研究

Research on the Problems and Technical Application of Building Intelligent Project Management

随着信息技术的不断发展,其在现代社会的应用越来越广,再加上人们生活水平的提高,建筑智能化逐渐被广泛应用。在工程管理中,智能化技术占据重要位置,建筑智能化对人们的房屋体验和使用具有深刻影响。技术创新不仅降低了工程成本,提高了工程建设质量,更为人们提供了更好的生活环境。论文首先介绍了建筑智能化工程管理技术的应用现状,然后分析了建筑智能化工程管理中存在的问题,最后提出了相应的技术应用解决建议。

With the continuous development of information technology,its application in modern society is more and more widely,coupled with the improvement of people’s living standards,building intelligence is gradually widely used.Intelligent technology occupies an important position in project management,and building intelligence has a profound impact on people’s housing experience and use.Technological innovation not only reduces the project cost,improves the quality of project construction,but also provides better living environment for people.This paper firstly introduces the application status of building intelligent project management technology,and then analyzes the problems existing in the building intelligent project management,and finally puts forward the corresponding technical application solutions.
