针对医院建设项目的特殊性以及建设中存在的难题,提出基于BIM技术的医院项目施工阶段管理,从项目施工阶段介绍了BIM的应用价值。以汕头国瑞医院项目为例,具体分析了BIM技术在大型医院综合体施工阶段的应用价值,为BIM技术在大型医院综合体建设领域的推广和使用提供了借鉴和参考。
