美军在综合保障方面,不断提出新的理念并持续创新。对装备的全寿命周期管理概念不断完善,且研究较为充分,对于我军建设有值得借鉴之处;在综合保障理念方面,先后提出了"精确保障"、"聚焦保障"和"感知与响应保障",可以说理念不断递进,变革也不断深刻。围绕着每一次的保障理念提出,都会有相应的具体措施与进步,并且每一次的战争都会成为美军新理念的试验场,经过经验总结后不断加深装备保障的变革。每种保障理念在实际应用时都展示出了各自的优势与不足,有着很好的启发作用。

The U.S.military is constantly putting forward new ideas and innovations in integrated logistics support.The con⁃cept of the whole life cycle management of equipment is constantly improved,and the research is quite sufficient.In terms of inte⁃grated logistics support concept,"precise logistics","focused logistics"and"sense and response logistics"have been put forward successively.It can be said that the concept has been continuously progressive and the reform has been continuously profound.Every time the concept of support is put forward,there will be corresponding specific measures and progress,and every war will become a testing ground for the new concept of the U.S.army,after the experience of deepening the reform of equipment support.Each logis⁃tics concept shows its own advantages and disadvantages in practical application and has very good enlightening effects.
