摘要
论文创新性地设计了一种手动驱动和电动驱动可切换的通信基站天线伺服控制系统,电动驱动部分以交流伺服电机作为驱动,带动齿轮传动实现方位轴的旋转,减速器输出端带有离合器来控制传动的开合。手动驱动部分以手轮作为驱动,蜗轮蜗杆减速器传递两交错轴之间的运动,带动齿轮传动实现方位轴的旋转。当电动驱动发生故障时,拨动离合器,通过手轮也可以实现天线的转动,保障任务需求。
In this paper,a novel antenna servo control system with manual and electric drive is designed.The electric drive part is driven by an AC servo motor,which drives the gear transmission to achieve the rotation of the azimuth axis.The output end of the reducer is equipped with a clutch to control the opening and closing of the transmission.The manual drive part is driven by a handwheel,and the worm gear reducer transmits the movement between the two intersection axes to drive the gear transmission to achieve the rotation of the azimuth axis.When the electric drive fails,the clutch can also be turned through the hand-wheel to en⁃sure the task needs.
