摘要
外语教育是少数民族语言扶贫的有机组成部分和重要途径,但是,少数民族地区基础外语教育近些年尽管进步明显,可存在的许多问题也不容忽视。文章首先强调了少数民族基础外语教育的不可或缺性,介绍了云南、贵州和新疆少数民族的人口、居住地及其基础外语教育存在的主要问题,然后分析了这些问题存在的根因,最后提出两大对策建议,其意旨就是为了强化少数民族地区基础外语教育的思想自觉,最后达致其自觉行为,提高国民的整体素质,拓宽其国际视野,尽早解决发展不平衡不充分问题,助推少数民族社会经济发展,投身于民族和国际的人类命运共同体建设。
Foreign language education is an integral part and an important way of poverty alleviation for ethnic minorities.However,although the basic foreign language education in the ethnic areas of China has witnessed substantial progress in recent years,many existing problems cannot afford to be ignored.The present paper stresses the indispensability of the basic foreign language education in these regions,presents a brief picture of the population and inhabitations of the ethnic minorities in Yunnan,Guizhou and Xinjiang,and highlights the major problems related to their basic foreign language education,and then analyzes the root causes of these problems.It finally offers two strategic suggestions with the aim of transforming self-consciousness in such education to conscious action,improve their national overall quality,broaden their international vision,quicken their steps to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development,promote their socio-economic development,and throw themselves into the construction of a national and international community with a shared future for mankind.
