摘要
“西方中心主义”在西欧民族优越感这一潜在的社会心理演化基础上,由资本主义意识形态和价值体系所导引,以“资本生产运动”和“世界市场”为实践动力,凭借资本主义“先发优势”和“硬实力”在“观念的世界秩序”中嬗变为一种意识形态话语,企图把西方资本主义现代化发展道路、制度模式、价值观念等设定为普遍的发展议程,对非西方尤其是社会主义国家进行意识形态渗透、制度输入与实践裁剪。批判“西方中心主义”关键要追溯其生成的实践根源及现实基础,彰显中国特色社会主义的实践伟力和世界历史意义,牢牢掌握主流意识形态话语权,积极建构对外话语体系,培育人类命运共同体意识。
“Western centralism”is led by capitalist ideology and value system on the basis of the underlying socio-psychological evolution of Western European ethnocentrism.Driven by the practical force of“capital production movement”and“world market”,with the transformation of capitalism’s“first-mover advantage”and“hard power”evolving into an ideological discourse in the“ideological world order”,it attempts to set up the Western capitalist development path,institutional model and values as the universal“development agenda”,with which it carries out ideological and practical infiltration in non-Western countries,especially socialist countries.The key to restricting“Western centralism”is to trace the practical roots and realistic basis of its generation,highlight the practical power of socialism with Chinese characteristics and significance in world history,firmly grasp the mainstream ideological power of discourse,construct an external discourse system,and enhance the awareness of the community with a shared future for mankind.
