摘要
“智慧城市”作为城市化发展到一定阶段的产物,其提出与应用使信息资源能够有效地收集、分析和共享,从而促进经济转型。为了从整体上把握河南省智慧城市建设客体的政策情况和战略取向,本文以河南省近12年来颁布的智慧城市建设政策文本为研究对象,从统计描述、空间分布、时间分布三个方面进行频数统计和定量分析。研究发现,河南省智慧城市建设客体呈现出覆盖广泛、层次分明的特征;推进主体呈现出分工明确、重点突出的特征;时间分布呈现出由浅入深、循序渐进的特征。
"Smart city"is a product of urbanization development to a certain stage,its proposal and application enable information resources to be effectively collected,analyzed and shared,so as to promote economic transformation.In order to grasp the policy situation and strategic orien⁃tation of the object of smart city construction in Henan Province as a whole,this paper took the texts of smart city construction policies issued in Henan Province in the past 12 years as the re⁃search objects,and conducted frequency statistics and quantitative analysis from three aspects of statistical description,spatial distribution and temporal distribution.It was found that the con⁃struction object of smart city in Henan Province had the characteristics of extensive coverage and distinct hierarchy;the main body of the propulsion presented the characteristics of clear di⁃vision of labor and outstanding tasks.The time distribution showed the characteristics of gradual progress from shallow to deep.
