高校足球队4-3-3阵形攻防打法概述——以天津财经大学足球队为例

An Overview of Attack And Defense of 4-3-3 Formation of College Football Team——Take the Football Team of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics as an Example

高校足球队比赛与职业足球队比赛在战术方式上既有联系又有区别,谈几点笔者作为高校足球队教练在带队实践中对4-3-3阵形的认识和体会。从防守和进攻两方面,概述了该阵形各位置的主要特点,讨论了在中前场防守时主要以高位压迫为主,通过防线的整体移动,将对方控球压迫到边路后再重点抢断打其反击;在中后场防守时以4-5-1的低位防守为主,断球后策动快速反击;阵地进攻注重对边路的利用。

There are both connections and differences in tactics between university football team and professional football team.As a coach of university football team,the author has some understandings and experiences on 4-3-3 formation in the practice of leading the team.From two aspects of defense and attack,the paper summarizes the main characteristics of each position of the formation,and discusses that in the middle front field defense,the high-level oppression is the main way,through the overall movement of the defense line,the opponent’s control of the ball is compressed to the back of the side road,and then the key point is to break and hit the counter attack;in the middle back field defense,the low-level defense of 4-5-1 is the main way,and the quick counter attack is initiated after the break of the ball;the position attack focuses on the use of the side road.
