现如今在高等学校中,羽毛球运动都是以选修课程的方式存在的,在羽毛球运动的教学运动中,经常会出现运动的时候受到损伤的问题,对于羽毛球的教学工作有一定的影响。为了有成效地降低学生在羽毛球运动的时候出现损伤的几率,提高教学的品质,本文对羽毛球教学运动的过程中损伤产生的原因以及有效预防的战略进行研讨。

In colleges and universities,badminton exists as an elective course.In teaching sports,the problem of injury during sports often occurs,which has a certain impact on the teaching of badminton.In order to effectively reduce the probability of students’injuries during badminton and improve the quality of teaching,this article discusses the causes of injuries and effective prevention strategies in the process of badminton teaching.
