摘要 健美操是各高校普遍开设的体育教学课程,具有较广泛的学生爱好群体,对高校学生体育锻炼起着至关重要的作用,也极大地丰富了校园文化生活。健美操运动主要的群体是女学生,本文根据健美操的特性,结合女学生在进行锻炼过程中的感受,分析学生锻炼过程中的体验,为今后更好地推广健美操运动在高校中的科学发展提供分析依据。 Aerobics is a popular physical education course in colleges and universities.It has a wide range of students’hobbies.It plays an important role in college students’physical exercise and greatly enriches the campus cultural life.The main group of aerobics is female students.According to the characteristics of aerobics,combined with the feelings of female students in the process of exercise,this paper analyzes the experience of students in the process of exercise,so as to provide an analysis basis for the better promotion of the scientific development of aerobics in colleges and universities in the future.
