主题情境学习在初三耐久跑教学中的实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 耐久跑是中学体育教学重要内容之一,对提高人体有氧代谢能力和呼吸与心血管系统的功能,培养学生顽强的意志和勇于克服困难等方面作用很大,也是苏州市体育中考新方案中必考项目。但目前绝大多数中小学生对耐久跑学习普遍缺乏兴趣,甚至“讨厌”和“反感”,学习效率低下。主题情境学习能有效地激发初三学生学习耐久跑的兴趣,提高体育中考成绩。 Endurance running is one of the important contents of middle school physical education.It plays an important role in improving the aerobic metabolism ability of human body,the function of respiration and cardiovascular system,cultivating students’strong will and courage to overcome difficulties.It is a compulsory item in the new plan of Suzhou sports middle school entrance examination.But at present,the vast majority of primary and secondary school students are generally lack of interest in the study of endurance running,and even"hate"and"disgust"and the learning efficiency is low.Subject situation learning can effectively stimulate the interest of junior high school students in learning endurance running,and improve their performance in the physical examination.
