基于城市马拉松运动视角浅析城市赛事管理水平

The Analysis of the Level of Urban Event Management from the Perspective of Urban Marathon

纵观近几年我国的体育事业发展,马拉松这项“低门槛、高效益”的大型赛事活动越来越受到人民群众的欢迎。然而,一场城市马拉松的成功举办往往能从侧面多方位、多层次、多角度地展示着一座城市的管理水平,与其说展示,更不如说考验。本文以一场马拉松比赛为论述线索从政府、企业、市民三大主体横观一座城市的管理水平,加强利用先进信息技术,实现城市智慧式管理和运行,让市民利用互联网最大程度地享受公共服务和基础设施,促进城市和谐、可持续成长的创新城市建设模式,实现城市管理智慧化、制度化、科学化、长效化。

Throughout the development of China’s sports industry in recent years,marathon,a large-scale event with"low threshold and high efficiency",is more and more popular among the people.However,the successful holding of an urban marathon can often demonstrate a city’s management level from multiple aspects,levels and perspectives.It is more a test than a demonstration.This paper takes a marathon race as a clue to discuss the management level of a city from the perspective of government,enterprises and citizens.We will strengthen the use of advanced information technology to realize smart urban management and operation,so that citizens can make the most use of the Internet to enjoy public services and infrastructure,promote an innovative urban construction model that promotes harmonious and sustainable urban growth,and realize the urban management wisdom,institutionalization,scientific and effective.
