摘要
本文通过文献资料法对热身研究方面的研究进行了梳理,重点对比总结了拉伸热身、激活后增强热身、外加热服热身、泡沫轴滚压预热的作用机制和优缺点,动态拉伸比静态拉伸在肌肉激活和持续时间方面改善结果更为明显,激活后增强热身能够在高强度和爆发性运动中提高神经肌肉的反应能力;在热身和运动的过渡阶段,使用外部被动加热(如热身服)可以优化运动表现。
The research on warm-up is reviewed through the literature data method,and the mechanism and advantages and disadvantages of stretching warm-up,postactivation potentiation,external warm-up,and foam shaft pre-heating are compared and summarized.Dynamic stretching improved muscle activation and duration more significantly than static stretching,after activation,enhanced warm-up could improve neuromuscular response in high-intensity and explosive exercise;in the transition phase of warm-up and exercise,using external passive heating(such as warm up clothing)can optimize athletic performance.
