摘要
设置8组不同激素和浓度配比的培养基进行对照试验。观察可得未成熟胚在MS+NAA 0.5mg·L-1+BA 1 mg·L-1培养基上可以直接再生成芽,再生率达到86.05%,在MS+2,4-D 1 mg·L-1+BA 2 mg·L-1培养基中也可以经过离体培养产生淡黄色愈伤组织,达到73.47%。授粉后110 d的未成熟胚在离体培养过程中能够形成愈伤组织,其诱导率达到41.86%。授粉后130 d的未成熟胚能直接再生成苗,其再生率可以达到92.31%。
Eight groups of culture media with different hormones and concentrations were set for control experiment. It can be observed that immature embryos can regenerate buds directly on MS+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1+BA 1 mg·L-1 medium, with a regeneration rate of 86.05%,in MS+2,4-D 1 mg·L-1+B2 mg·L-1 medium can also be cultured in vitro to produce light yellow callus, reaching 73.47%. The immature embryos which was 110 days after pollination were induced regeration shoots in vitro culture,by the rate of 41.86%. After 130 days of pollination, immature embryos could be regenerated directly into seedlings, in vitro culture by the rate of 92.31%.
