农业作为我国国民经济建设的重要支撑,其自身的发展对于我国产业经济升级和转型有着巨大的推动作用,农业相关的企业发展也影响了我国的农业现代化发展水平。在农业企业经营过程中,所有的资源都需要做好合理的划分,并将生产要素进行最优化处理,从而保证获得更好的经济效益。在此形势下,只有不断改进和优化农业企业管理,才能实现农业经济的规模化与专业化转型,缓解农业相关的企业压力,进而为我国经济的发展提供不竭动力。基于此,文章就农业企业管理面临的问题进行调查分析,探究在面对激烈的竞争情况之下,如何从技术、人才、制度、土地、金融等方面解决问题,旨在为我国农业企业的发展贡献良策。

Agriculture is an important support for our country’s national economic construction, and its own development has a tremendous impetus for the upgrading and transformation of my country’s industrial economy. The development of agriculture-related enterprises has also affected my country’s agricultural modernization level. In the course of operation of the agricultural enterprises, all resources need to be properly divided, and the production factors should be optimized to ensure better economic benefits. Under this situation, only by constantly improving and optimizing the management of agricultural enterprises can we achieve the scale and specialization of the agricultural economy, ease the pressure on agricultural enterprises, and provide inexhaustible power for the development of our country’s economic strength. Based on this, this article investigates and analyzes the problems faced by the management of agricultural enterprises, and explores how to solve them from the aspects of technology, talents, systems, land, finance,etc, in order to contribute to the development of agricultural enterprises in China.
