水位是水文信息的基础数据。规范、准确、及时、可靠的水位信息可为防汛、抗旱、水资源调度等工作提供科学依据。本文系统阐述了水位观测方法及基础设施的建设方案,并对接触式自动监测方案中的浮子式水位观测平台选型及建设方案进行了详细论述。

The water level is the basic data of hydrological information.The standardized,accurate,timely and reliable water level information can provide scientific basis for flood control,drought relief,water resource scheduling and other work.In this paper,the method of water level observation and the construction scheme of infrastructure are systematically described,the selection and construction scheme of floating water level observation platform in the contact automatic monitoring scheme are discussed in details.
