摘要 讨论了导热油变质劣化的主要原因,分析了过热超温、氧化变质、化学污染等因素对导热油的品质影响及危害程度,研究了导热油样品分析和品质变化的智能监测,探讨了导热油炉及循环供热系统运行的智能监控,同时按照专家诊断远程网络系统给出的建议或方法,可以迅速解决在运行使用过程中对导热油品质变化产生影响的各种不利因素和存在的实际问题。 It discusses main cause of heat transfer oil deterioration and analyzes overheating,over temperature,oxidation deterioration and chemical pollution effect on quality and hazard degree of heat transfer oil and studies intelligent monitoring of sample analysis and quality changes for heat transfer oil.The author carries out research on intelligent monitoring of heat transfer oil furnace and circulating heating system operation and solutions to solve various adverse factors and practical existing problems of heat transfer oil during operation according to suggestions from expert diagnosis remote network system.
