摘要
以申能集团金融业发展为例,梳理并总结能源产业集团金融投资的成功经验,介绍集团在金融风险管理方面的实践。分析了集团在金融风险管理方面所面临的新挑战,提出了应对构想,对产业集团发展金融产业、管控金融风险具有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on Shenergy goup finance industry development,the author summarizes successful experiences of energy industry group finance investment and introduces group practice of finance risk management and analyzes new challengers confronting finance risk management for group.The article puts forward countermeasures,which is reference to industry group developing finance industry and controlling finance risk.
