摘要
新疆某区域供冷系统因长期运行造成设备、管线等严重老化,系统能耗较高。在统筹考虑已建设施及运行模式的情况下,从工艺技术、功能性、环境影响及经济因素提出四种改造方案,对其技术可行性进行论证并对改造方案进行经济分析,采用动态经济评价指标财务净现值(FNPV)分析各方案的经济效益。
The equipment and pipelines of a district cooling system in Xinjiang are seriously aging due to long-term operation,and the energy consumption of the system is relatively high.In the overall consideration of the existing facilities and operation mode,four transformation schemes are proposed and their technical feasibility is veritied,mainly including Three aspects:process technology,functionality,and environmental impact;economic considerations were taken into account,which led to an economic analysis of the retrofit options,primarily A dynamic economic evaluation indicator,the financial net present value(FNPV),was used to analysis the overall economic performance of each transformation scheme.
