针对城铁车辆走行部故障安全检测和脱轨监测的需求,介绍了一种实现对列车走行部与安全导向有关的关键部件的线安全状态监测系统。该系统可以实时检测城轨车辆的走行部的各种状态,并对检测到的状态进行分析处理,对故障实现早期预警和分级报警,并在检测到列车脱轨时,及时对列车施加紧急制动,避免更大事故的发生,保护乘客和车辆的安全。

The paper introduces a kind of online security status monitor system for bogie monitoring system and its security guide’s key components,it’s aim is to meet the requirement of urban rail’s security monitor and the derailment monitor for bogie monitoring system.This system can detect all kinds of statuses of bogie monitoring system real time.And also it can analyse the detected status,then to realize the early warning and graded warning.If the system detected the urban rail has derailment,it can do emergency braking timely,to avoid bigger accidents,so as to protect passenger and urban rail.
