安全培训是保障电力安全生产的有效方式,是提高从业人员素质的高效途径,是防范伤亡事故减轻职业伤害的重要手段。对于电厂运行人员,以往的安全培训以集中培训为主。介绍了某电厂运用微信小程序,建立安全学习平台,通过各种途径提高运行人员学习的积极性,最终达到提高运行人员的安全技能的目的。

Safety training is an effective way to ensure the safe production of electric power,an efficient way to improve the quality of employees,and an important means to prevent casualties and reduce occupational injuries.For power plant operators,the previous safety training focused on centralized training.This paper mainly introduces the use of wechat small procedures in a power plant to establish a safety learning platform,through various means to improve the enthusiasm of operators to learn,and ultimately to improve the safety skills of operators.
