无烟煤配煤生产型焦的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 配煤炼焦时加入一定比例的无烟煤以炼制型焦,其型焦制备过程中的适宜工艺研究对降低炼焦成本、扩大炼焦煤资源以及缓解优质炼焦煤资源紧张等具有一定的指导意义。在冷压成型工艺配煤炼制型焦过程中,研究了无烟煤的配入比例、炭化速度、炭化时间、炭化终温对型焦质量的影响。研究结果表明,无烟煤生产型焦的最佳工艺条件为:无烟煤的配入比例为8%、炭化速度为3℃/min、炭化时间为3 h、炭化终温为1000℃。在此最佳工艺条件下所炼制的型焦可达到国家冶金焦的质量标准。 A certain proportion of anthracite is added in the process of coal blending to make formed coke,the research on appropriate technology in the preparation process of formed coke has certain guiding significance for reducing the coking cost,expanding coking coal resources and relieving the shortage of high-quality coking coal resources.The effects of anthracite blending ratio,carbonization speed,carbonization time and final temperature on the quality of formed coke were studied in the process of producing formed coke with blended coal using cold moulding technology.The results show that the optimum process conditions for producing formed coke from anthracite are as follows:the proportion of anthracite is 8%,the carbonization rate is 3℃/min,the carbonization time is 3 h,and the final carbonization temperature is 1000℃.Under these optimum process conditions,the formed coke can reach the national metallurgical coke quality standard.
