对商品煤中砷元素控制值的验证

摘要 合理控制商品煤中的砷元素含量,使其满足GB/T 31356—2014《商品煤质量评价与控制技术指南》中砷控制值要求以推进煤炭高效清洁利用。在分析国内外研究现状及我国主要政策的基础上,采用GB/T 3058—2019《煤中砷的测定方法》中的砷钼蓝分光光度法对山西省境内199批次不同用途的商品煤进行煤中砷检测,依据GB/T 31356—2014判定检测结果并对判定结果进行数据统计和分析。结果显示我国动力用煤、冶金用煤、化工用原料煤中砷含量的值均远低于国标中要求的控制数值,因此建议标准修订时适当减小砷含量的控制值,优先选用低砷含量的商品煤,同时建议各相关部门和单位继续加强对商品煤质量的监督和管理。 The arsenic content in commercial coal should be reasonably controlled to meet the requirements of arsenic control value in GB/T 31356—2014“Quality evaluation and control guide for commercial coal”,so as to promote efficient and clean utilization of coal.Based on the analysis of the research status at home and abroad and the main policies of our country,the arsenic in 199 batches of commercial coal with different uses were tested by using the As Mo blue spectrophotometry in GB/T 3058-2019“Determination of arsenic in coal”,according to GB/T 31356—2014,the test results were judged,and the data statistics and analysis were carried out.The results show that the arsenic content in power coal,metallurgical coal and chemical raw coal in our country are far lower than the control value required in the standard.Therefore,it is suggested that the control value of arsenic content should be appropriately reduced when the standard is revised,and the commercial coal with low arsenic content should be selected preferentially.At the same time,it is suggested that all relevant departments and institutes should continue to strengthen the supervision and management of the quality of commercial coal.
