新时代我国社会主要矛盾变化背景下的思想政治教育新使命

The new mission of the ideological and political education in the new era under the background of changes in the main social contradictions

新时代我国社会主要矛盾转化成人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾,思想政治教育要根据这种变化承担新的社会责任和新的历史使命。具体来说,新时代思想政治教育要把以人民为中心的价值理念贯穿于教育的全过程全方位;要加强“四个自信”教育,承担起凝聚民心的使命;新时代思想政治教育要加强社会主义初级阶段基本国情教育,教育人民继续弘扬艰苦奋斗的优良传统。

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved to the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.According to this change,ideological and political education should be endowed with new social responsibilities and historic missions.To be specific,the people-centered values must be instilled in the whole process and all-around of the education;the content of our confidence in the path,theory,system and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics should be strengthened in the education to undertake the mission of uniting the people;the content of the basic national conditions in the primary stage of socialism should be enhanced in the education to educate people to continue the fine tradition of hard working.
