摘要
探讨新冠肺炎流行期高校学生的焦虑和抑郁与其可获得的社会支持的关系。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对1460名高校学生进行焦虑、抑郁与社会支持情况的调查。结果发现,SSRS得分与SAS得分呈负相关(r=-0.257),SSRS得分与SDS得分呈负相关(r=-0.398),SAS得分与SDS得分呈正相关(r=0.733),SSRS得分对SAS和SDS得分具有显著的预测作用。结果表明,新冠肺炎流行期高校学生存在不同程度的焦虑和抑郁情绪,社会支持对焦虑和抑郁具有调节作用。
This paper discusses the relationship between anxiety and depression of college students and their social support in the epidemic period of novel coronavirus pneumonia.SAS,SDS and SSRS were used to investigate the anxiety,depression and social support of 1460 college students.The results showed that SSRS scores were negatively correlated with SAS scores(r=-0.257)and SSRS scores were negatively correlated with SDS scores(r=-0.398).There was a positively correlation between SAS scores and SDS scores(r=0.733).SSRS scores have a significant predictive effect on SAS scores and SDS scores.During the epidemic period,college students have different degrees of anxiety and depression,social support has a regulatory effect on anxiety and depression.
