摘要
随着我国经济发展的转型升级,为了满足对高质量应用型人才的需求,本科层次职业教育应运而生。为适应社会需求以及国家政策和个人发展的要求,深化产教融合,变革人才培养模式成为本科层次职业教育不断发展的重要路径。人才培养模式的变革决定了本科层次职业高校人才培养的质量,关乎和行业企业人才需求的对接程度。当前本科层次职业教育面临人才培养理念和目标更新不及时,人才培养实践优质资源匮乏,人才培养评价体系相对滞后的困境。因此,更新人才培养理念与培养目标,建设应用型本科高校的“七性”课堂,全面推进产教融合与协同育人,完善相关法律法规建设,有利于产教融合背景下本科层次职业教育人才培养模式的变革。
Amid the transformation and upgrading of China's economy development,in order to meet the demand for high⁃quality applied talents,undergraduate⁃level vocational education has come into existence.In order to adapt to the demand of society,national policies and personal development,deepening the integration of production and education and changing the training model of talents have formed an important path for the continuous development of vocational education at the undergraduate level.The reform of talent training mode determines the quality of talent training in vocational colleges and universities at the undergraduate level.It is also related to the degree of meeting the needs of the industry and enterprises.At present,undergraduate⁃level vocational education is faced with the dilemma that the concept and goal of personnel training are not updated in time,along with scarce high⁃quality resources of practical talent training and the lagging evaluation system of talent training.Therefore,updating the concept and training goal of talent training,building the"seven⁃quality"classroom of applied undergraduate colleges and universities,comprehensively promoting the integration of production and education and collaborative education,and perfecting the construction of relevant laws and regulations,are conducive to the transformation of the training mode of vocational education talents at the undergraduate level under the integration of production and education.
