摘要
从风险预警的角度,对近三年主要工程建设施工合同纠纷数据和焦点争议进行了统计分析,并在此基础上,结合建设工程施工合同及清单计价模式要求,提出在工程项目管理过程中较为有效的合同风险防范措施。
From an early warning point of view,this paper further analyzes the main construction project contract disputes in the last three years,then based on the request of construction contract and Detailed List Valuation Mode,put forward some contract Disputes and Risk Prevention suggestions in construction enterprises.
