Research on the Deep Integration of New Infrastructure Construction and Supply Chain Finance

近年来,新基建作为投资的重要组成部分,作为发展数字经济的重要抓手,将为我国经济发展释放新动能。但是,新基建项目投资金额大、投资周期长等特点,使得拓宽融资渠道、创新融资方式成为新基建建设的基石。而供应链金融的灵活多样运营模式,可以在一定程度上解决新基建项目的资金问题。本文以新基建与供应链金融的融合为切入点,对相关问题进行研究,提出融合的方式。

In recent years,as an important part of investment and an important point of strength for development of digital economy,New Infrastructure Construction will release new drivers for China’s economic development.However,since New Infrastructure Construction project has such characteristics of large amount of investment and long investment cycle,broadening financing channels and innovating financing ways become the fundamental construction of New Infrastructure Construction.While the flexible and diversified operation mode of supply chain finance can solve the financing problem of New Infrastructure Construction project to a certain degree.This paper takes the coalition of New Infrastructure Construction and supply chain finance as entry point,studies related issues and proposes the way of coalition.
