摘要 为了正确评估无人机协同下远程火箭炮的作战效能,论文从研究对象入手,首先阐述了作战效能评估指标体系的原则与过程,通过对无人机协同下远程火箭炮作战的典型作战流程分析,采用"作战能力+作战适宜性"的方法,初建了作战效能评估指标体系。然后在此基础上,详细描述了对Delphi法的改进思路和过程。最后,利用改进后的专家咨询法对指标体系进行优化,为后续进行无人机协同下远程火箭炮作战效能评估奠定了基础。 In order to accurately evaluate the operational effectiveness of long-range rocket launcher under UAV cooperation,this paper starts with the research object,first expounds the principle and process of operational effectiveness evaluation index system. Through the analysis of typical operational process of UAV cooperative long-range rocket launcher operation,a preliminary operational effectiveness evaluation index system is constructed by using the method of "operational capability + operational applicability". On this basis,the improvement thought and process of Delphi method are described in detail. Finally,the improved expert consultation method is used to optimize the index system,which lays a foundation for the subsequent operational effectiveness evaluation.
