摘要 开关磁阻电机(SRM)由于其特殊的结构,在性能分析中与传统电机有许多不同。由于非线性等特点,对SRM的性能分析和结构参数优化一直是研究的难点之一。文章首先分析SRM的性能特性,讨论对SRM性能影响较大的结构参数。然后提出一种基于Maxwell和Simplorer仿真软件的SRM系统建模与仿真方法,利用仿真软件对不同结构参数的SRM进行仿真计算,并首次提出过载能力指标和转矩脉动指标衡量SRM的关键性能。依据仿真结果对不同结构参数的SRM进行优化研究。分析结果不但显示了电机本体结构对电机性能的影响,也为电机的设计和优化提供了思路和理论依据。 Switched reluctance motors(SRM)have many differences between traditional motors in performance analysis because of the special structure. First,the characteristics and structure parameters with large influence on the performance of SRM is discussed. Then a method for modeling and simulation of SRM system based on Maxwell and Simplorer is proposed. Finite element model of SRM with different structure parameters is simulated and calculated using Maxwell 2D and Simplorer. In order to analyze the performance of SRM,two performance indicators are proposed for the first time,that is,overload torque ratio and torque smooth factor. The simulation results are presented to analyze performance of SRM with different structure parameters. The results not only show that structure parameters have strong influence on the performance of SRM,but also provide a thought for the design and optimization of the motor.
