三维地理信息数据服务规范研究与实践

Research and Practice of 3D Geographical Information Data Service Specification

三维地理信息数据由于内容丰富、视觉逼真,在社会经济发展中发挥着重要作用。然而,由于三维地理信息数据的类型多样、结构复杂、数据量大,且缺乏相应的数据服务规范,导致三维数据重用性低、难以共享集成,因此规范三维地理信息数据服务模式迫在眉睫。通过分析国内外三维地理信息标准现状,研究了三维地理信息数据的物理结构体系和接口规则体系,提出了三维地理信息数据服务规范。该规范已在“全景江苏”三维地理信息服务平台建设中得到了实际应用,为三维地理信息数据提供了共享集成机制。

3D geographical information data plays an important role in social and economic development because of its rich content and vivid vision.However,due to diversity of the data types,the complex structure,the large amount of data and lack of the corresponding service specifications,the reusability of 3D geographical information data is low and it is difficult to share and integrate.It is urgent to standardize the service mode of 3D geographical information data.In this paper,we studied the physical structure system and service interface system of 3D geographical information data by analyzing the status quo of 3D geographical information standards at home and abroad,and put forward the service specification of 3D geographical information data.This specification has been applied in the construction of"Panoramic Jiangsu"3D geographical information service platform,which can provide a sharing and integration mechanism for 3D geographical information data service.
