摘要
以绣球菌为试验材料,通过单因素和正交试验(L934)对影响绣球菌母种生长的关键因素进行了研究。结果表明:通过单因素试验确定了绣球菌母种培养基最佳碳氮比为15∶1、最佳pH为5、最佳松木屑浸出液添加量为40%、最佳无机盐为硫酸镁。通过正交试验进一步得到最佳组合为碳氮比17∶1、pH为5.5、松木屑浸出液添加量为35%。
Orthogonal test was used to optimize key factors of mother culture media that affecting the growth of mycelia.The results showed that the best carbon nitrogen ratio was 15:1 and the optimum pH for 5;the best pine sawdust leaching liquid adding amount was 40%;the optimal inorganic salt was magnesium. The best formula was carbon nitrogen ratio 17:1, pH 5.5 and pine sawdust leaching amount was 35%.
