羊肚菌别名羊肚菜、羊蘑、羊肚蘑。文章从温室选择、菌种选择、播种、中期管理、病虫害防治及采收等方面,分析了羊肚菌的栽培技术,以期为相关人员提供技术支持。
The cultivation techniques of Morchella esculenta were analyzed from greenhouse selection, strain selection, sowing,medium-term management, pest control and harvesting, in order to provide technical support for relevant personnel.
