摘要
松茸是一种纯天然的珍稀名贵食用菌类,是世界上珍稀名贵的天然药用菌。因其所含活性成分具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、提升免疫力等功能,且数量稀少而被誉为"菌中之王"。松茸多糖在其生物活性成分中占比最高。文章对松茸多糖活性物质的提取及其功能的研究进展进行了综述,为松茸的合理开发利用及其未来的研究方向提供依据。
Matsutake is a kind of pure natural rare and precious edible fungus, and it is a rare and precious natural medicinal fungus in the world. Because the active ingredients contained in it have anti-tumor, anti-virus, and immunity enhancement functions, and the quantity is scarce, it is known as the "king of bacteria". Matsutake polysaccharides account for the highest proportion of its biologically active ingredients. This article reviews the research progress of the extraction and functions of Matsutake polysaccharides, and provides a basis for the rational development and utilization of Matsutake and its future research directions.
