热泵烘干机变频两级压缩系统的分析

摘要 文章对热泵烘干机变频两级压缩系统的性能和关键技术进行了说明。将两级压缩和变频技术有机结合,开发研制出一种适用于极寒极热地区的两级压缩变频热泵烘干机系统,进行了反复实验验证。结果表明,让热泵烘干机在-20℃,甚至-25℃以及夏季高温天气时低频运转,都能达到夏冬常年稳定运行的目的。试验分析和效益对比表明,该系统可一机多种用途、无线监控、适用于广泛的智能化热泵烘干机,该设备的推广应用将有效提高农产品烘干的减工、降本、提质、增效、节能、环保等工作效益。 The performance and key technology of the two-stage compression system of the heat pump dryer are described in this paper.Combining the two-stage compression and frequency conversion technology, a two-stage compression variable frequency pump dryer system for extreme cold and extreme heat areas was developed. The experiment results show that the low frequency operation of the heat pump dryer at-20℃, or even-25℃, and the low frequency operation in summer and winter can achieve the goal of stable operation all year round in summer and winter. The experimental analysis and benefit comparison show that the multi-purpose, wireless monitoring and wide range of intelligent heat pump dryers, and the promotion and application of this equipment will effectively improve the reduction of drying of agricultural products, reduce the cost, improve quality, efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and other work benefits.
