泽州县有机旱作蔬菜生产成本效益分析

Analysis of the Production Cost and Benefit for Organic Dry Farming Vegetables in Zezhou County

为总结经验,不断提升有机旱作蔬菜生产经济效益,对泽州县近3年旱作辣椒、小西红柿、大西红柿等3种蔬菜生产成本及效益情况进行调查分析,对下一步发展提出对策。发现生产中人工工资、种苗为主要成本,效益情况受天气影响较为明显,要提升机械化应用水平、加大防灾设施投入、大力开展灾害保险和成本保险,确保生产效益不断提升,促进产业可持续发展。

In order to sum up experience, continuously enhance the economic efficiency of organic dry farming vegetable production, the production cost and benefit of three kinds of vegetables, such as hot pepper, little tomato and big tomato, in dry farming in Zezhou County in recent three years were investigated and analyzed. It is found that artificial wages and seedlings are the main costs in production, and the benefits are more obviously affected by the weather. In order to raise the level of mechanization, increase investment in disaster prevention facilities, and vigorously develop disaster insurance and cost insurance, to ensure the continuous improvement of production efficiency and promote the sustainable development of industry.
