数字化时代高校图书馆的信息服务创新

The Information Service Innovation of College Libraries in Digital Age

数字化时代随着信息获取途径的多元化,高校图书馆存在着被边缘化的危机。虽然数字化技术手段的应用使信息检索与内容浏览速度与效率有了很大提升,但存在的共性问题是信息服务方式在变化,而信息服务的本质并未变化。阐述了全国高校图书馆存在的问题,分析了数字化时代信息使用者的主要特征与需求,提出了高校图书馆信息服务的创新方向。

In the digital age,with the diversification of means of information acquisition,the risk of marginalization lies in college libraries.Although the application of digital technology has greatly improved the speed and efficiency of information retrieval and content browsing,the common problem is that the mode of information service is changing,but the nature of information service has not changed.This paper expounds the existing problems of university libraries in China,analyzes the main characteristics and demands of information users in the digital era,and puts forward the innovation direction of information services of university libraries.
