风电联轴器极限扭矩下膜片组振动特性分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对风电联轴器样机膜片组的共振问题,对其展开了受载前后的频率与模态分析。首先用ABAQUS对自由状态下未受载的膜片组进行数值分析;再由理论计算获得风载传递的极限扭矩,将极限扭矩转化为ABAQUS软件里的集中力,并且在ABAQUS固定约束条件下对膜片组进行数值分析。根据数值分析可知受载前后的膜片组频率不同、模态振型不同,说明施加载荷与固定约束能够改变膜片组的频率与模态。对比膜片组受载前后的频率与模态,发现在极限扭矩下膜片组未发生共振破坏。最后通过试验证明膜片组在极限扭矩下未发生破坏。 In view of the resonance problem of the wind power coupling prototype diaphragm set,this paper carries out the frequency and modal analysis before and after loading.Firstly,it uses ABAQUS to perform numerical analysis on the diaphragm group in free and unloaded state.Then it converts the ultimate torque transferred by wind load which calculates theoretically into the concentrated force from ABAQUS software,and carries out the diaphragm group numerically analysis under the fixed constraints of ABAQUS.According to the numerical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:the frequency and mode of the diaphragm group are different before and after loading,which indicates that the applied load and fixed constraint can change the frequency and mode of the diaphragm group.By comparing the frequency and mode of the diaphragm before and after loading,it shows that there is no resonance failure of the diaphragm under ultimate torque.The test result verifies that the diaphragm group does not break under the ultimate torque.
