摘要
对2MK 1.25立式精密磨床进行了有限元分析,通过计算立式精密磨床立柱的静态、动态等相应数据,挖掘出该类型机床在工作状态下产生位移或形变的原因。通过数据计算和分析,得到了2MK 1.25立式精密磨床的最佳改进与优化方案。
This paper carries out the finite element analysis of 2MK 1.25 vertical precision grinder.Through the calculation of the static and dynamic data of the vertical column of the vertical precision grinder,it founds out the reason of the displacement or deformation of this type of machine tool under the working state.Based on the data calculation and analysis,it obtains the optimal improvement and optimization scheme of the 2MK 1.25 vertical precision grinder.
