Numerical simulation of the paddle wheel propulsion of a water plant cleaning boat

摘要 建立了某清漂船明轮推进器的全流场模型,通过分析不同时刻流场相图和流场流线图以及不同网格数量时的明轮推力,探索模型网格数量和时间步长对明轮推力模拟结果的影响。分析结果表明:模型网格数量和时间步长对模拟结果都有影响,其中时间步长影响较大;所建模型的网格数量为10万个、分析时间步长取0.0025 s较为合理。 It establishes a whole flow field model of the paddle wheel propeller of the float-garbage ship.By analyzing the flow field phase diagram and flow streamline diagram at different times and the paddle wheel thrust at different mesh numbers,this paper researches the influence of the model mesh number and the analysis time step on the simulation results of the paddle wheel thrust.The results show that both the number of mesh and the time step of analysis have an influence on the simulation results,and the time step size has a greater influence.For the established model,it is more reasonable that the mesh number is 100 thousand and the analysis time step is 0.0025 s.
