摘要
焊接缺陷的存在会大大减少焊接构件的疲劳寿命,由于其多样性和复杂性,以往的方法很难定量的评估它对疲劳寿命的影响。基于美国ASME标准中的结构应力法,提出了两种评估方法,即直接裂纹法和等效裂纹法,分别针对可直接测出初始尺寸的缺陷和无法测出初始尺寸的缺陷,并分别验证了这两种方法的有效性。实验结果表明,这两种方法可以较为准确地评估含有焊接缺陷构件的疲劳寿命。
The existence of welding defects can greatly reduce the fatigue life of welded components,and its impact on fatigue life is difficult to quantitatively evaluated by the previous method due to its diversity and complexity.It proposes two evaluation methods that are the direct crack method and the equivalent crack method based on the structure of the US ASME standard.They are respectively for the defects that can directly measure and cannot be measured from the initial size.The experimental results show that the two methods can accurately estimate the fatigue life of components containing welding defects.
