摘要
在工业中的测量和检测中经常会对已经获取的光斑图像提取其中的光斑区域,并且进行光斑中心点坐标的计算,根据得到的中心点的坐标来进行工业中所需要的检测。针对于镜片屈光度检测中采集的光斑图像具有图像背景区域亮度较弱,背景区域的面积也较大;同时光斑点区域的亮度较强,光斑点区域的面积相对较小的特点,提出一种比较适用于镜片屈光度检测中光斑图像的阈值的分割方法,以及使用了光斑轮廓提取的光斑点中心坐标的计算方法。和其他阈值分割的方法比较以后,所提出的方法对图像阈值的分割比较好,而且运行的时间也比较短。
In the measurement and detection of industry,the spot area of the spot image which has been obtained is often extracted,and the center point coordinates of the spot are calculated.According to the coordinates of the center points obtained,the detection in industry is needed.In view of the light spot image in the lens diopter detection,the brightness of the background area is weak and the area of the background area is larger.At the same time,the brightness of the spot area is stronger and the area of the spot area is relatively small,and a kind of segmentation method which is suitable for the threshold of the spot image in the lens diopter detection is put forward.The calculation method of center coordinates of the light spot extracted from the light spot contour is used.Compared with other thresholding methods,the proposed method can segment image thresholds better,and the running time is shorter.
