工程车桥柔性减振摆动装置设计 被引量:1

摘要 由于矿用车辆工矿恶劣,车架上都设计有横向摆动装置,现有装置都是刚性连接,造成车辆的平顺性较差,同时也影响了车辆的可靠性。因此,文章提出一种工程车桥柔性减振摆动装置,该装置主要由摆动装置固定部、摆动装置摆动部、中间销轴、阻尼减震器、限位块、铜套等组成。该装置在摆动装置中设定了2对阻尼减震器,可以优化摆动装置的负载和受力,避免了现有产品中的弊端,大大提高了车辆的舒适性和安全性。 Because of the bad industry and mining of mining vehicles, the frame of a vehicle is designed with a lateral swing device. The existing devices are all rigid connections, resulting in poor ride comfort of vehicles, but also affect the reliability of vehicles. In this paper, a flexible vibration damping and swinging device for engineering vehicle bridge is proposed. The device is mainly composed of a fixed part of a swinging device, a swinging part of a swinging device, an intermediate pin shaft, a damping shock absorber, a limit block, a copper sleeve, etc. The device is equipped with two pairs of damping shock absorbers in the swing device,which can optimize the load and force of the swing device, avoid the disadvantages of the existing products, and greatly improve the comfort and safety of the vehicle.
