摘要
波轮直轴高效汽油发动机是一种气缸孔在圆柱形气缸体上圆周分布,用波轮代替曲轴,波轮旋转一周完成一个作功周期,可实行4缸、6缸、8缸、10缸、12缸及以上等多缸设计,文章针对排量为2.0升的波轮直轴四冲程12缸发动机进行结构设计分析和性能指标研究,为在船舶、摩托艇、空压机、无人机、坦克、汽车等产品上的使用提供科学依据。
The wave-wheel straight-axis high-efficiency gasoline engine is a kind of cylinder hole distributed on the circumference of the cylinder body and the crankshaft is replaced by wave wheel. When the wave wheel rotates once, a work cycle is completed, so as to be able to implement the design of multi-cylinder engines with 4, 6, 8, and 10 cylinders, 12 cylinders and above.In this paper, the structural design analysis and performance index research are carried out for the 2.0-liter wave-wheel four-stroke12-cylinder engine, thus providing scientific basis for its application in ships, motorboats, air compressors, UAVs, tanks, automobiles and other products.
