机械加工对金属零件加工精度的影响分析

文章通过以某一齿轮零件加工为例,在介绍机械加工的同时,对该零件加工精度产生的影响进行分析,以全面消除机械加工带来的不良影响因素,合理提出金属零件加工精度的解决措施。

Taking the machining of a gear part as an example, this paper introduces the machining and analyzes the influence of the machining accuracy of the part, in order to eliminate the bad factors caused by the machining in an all-round way. Finally, some reasonable measures to solve the machining accuracy of metal parts are put forward.
